• Payment information — subscriptions and sessions are processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your Stripe customer ID and subscription status); we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Scheduling information — when you book a Film Room session, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you submit to book.
• Messages — the name, email, and message you send through our contact form or newsletter signup.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you use the site.

How we use it

• to provide and secure your account and the members library;
• to process payments and manage your subscription;
• to schedule and deliver booked sessions;
• to respond to your messages;
• to send service and marketing emails (you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time);
• to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Calendly — session scheduling.
• Cloudflare R2 — private storage and delivery of library video.
• Resend — transactional and contact-form email delivery.
• Mailchimp — newsletter and marketing email (only if you subscribe to the newsletter).
• Vercel and our database provider — website and application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to run the service, or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing dylan@perspectivegoaltending.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian who purchases for a minor is responsible for that account.
