Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers everything sold by Perspective Goaltending. It is part of our Terms of Service.

All sales are final

Payments for the Perspective+ subscription and for Film Room sessions are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are paying for immediate access to digital content and time-based coaching services, and that you are not entitled to a refund once payment is made.

Perspective+ subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from the Manage subscription link in your account (Stripe Customer Portal).
  • When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then stops. You will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the current billing period, and past monthly charges are not refundable.

Film Room (Individual) sessions

  • Session fees are non-refundable, including for missed sessions and no-shows.
  • If something comes up and you cannot make your session, contact us as early as possible at dylan@perspectivegoaltending.com. We will do our best to rebook you for another time, but rebooking is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

Film Room (Team) sessions

  • Session fees are non-refundable, including for no-shows.
  • If you cannot attend, contact us in advance and we will try to fit you into a later session. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

If we cancel a session

If Perspective Goaltending cancels a scheduled session and we are unable to offer you a reasonable alternative date, we will refund the fee for that session. This is the only circumstance in which a session fee is refunded.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email dylan@perspectivegoaltending.com within 30 days with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We will review it and correct any error on our side.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
