Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Perspective Goaltending website and services, operated by Perspective Ventures LLC ("Perspective Goaltending", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to Perspective+, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are and what we offer

Perspective Goaltending provides goaltending education and consulting, including:

• Perspective+ — a recurring subscription ($49 / month) giving access to our online video library and Perspective Reports.
• Film Room (Team) and Film Room (Individual) — one-time, scheduled live video-review sessions booked through our scheduling provider.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase; a parent or guardian may purchase on behalf of a minor and is responsible for the account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Perspective+ is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link in your account (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes take effect on your next renewal.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Booked sessions

Film Room sessions are paid at the time of booking through our scheduling provider and are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we will make a reasonable effort to rebook you, subject to availability and not guaranteed. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, download, record, redistribute, or publicly display any video or report from the members library;
• share your account credentials or resell access;
• attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the site to break any law.

All content in the library — video, written reports, and analytics — is owned by Perspective Goaltending or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

Our services are educational. We do not guarantee any particular athletic outcome, roster spot, or performance result. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective Goaltending will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and for significant changes we will notify subscribers by email.
